The call bell time is audited regularly. Unfortunately the time of answering will be dependent on the time of day and if the staff are with other patients, this will continue to be monitored and endeavour to be quicker.

I have felt at ease here, the staff are really kind and caring, nothing is too much of an ask.
The menus will be changing in the near future with better options. I am sorry this was not in place during your stay.
